Sofa Table by John

The top of this table is made from my old horse stalls.  We planed e wood and put a clear finish on it.  There is some detail on the side panels I cannot capture with the camera.

TV stand

Much of this table is made with left over materials we repurposed rather than threw out.  The wood top is from left over scraps from our hickory flooring in our house. The glass is from a local salvage store. We got a pallet of glass for tables and shelves.

Old Jack end table

Love the color john painted the old jack. As I paint and he creates furniture we are displaying it in our new studio space. It is fun collaborating ( as long as we cooperate). Sometimes we have completely different visions and have to go to our corners for a bit.  We usually work it out. His craftsmanship is so strong and his 3d design is nice. Posting more furniture.

New studio pictures

The walls are fuller now with new watercolor paintings.

Sunflowers on a Sunny Day

9x12 watercolor. $65.00

Still life From Above 9x12. Watercolor $65.00

The action of this painting with tiny peeks of greens in the negative spaces. It always amazes me the depth you can achieve by punching in a few strong negative spaces.  I'm falling in love with yellow again. It can be troublesome to keep transparent.

Roadside Garden

Sunflowers. 9x12.  $65.00
Driving near my home I found this wonderful roadside garden.   It seems to be a lovely gift for all those who drive by everyday.   I have painted several paintings from the pictures I took that day.

Summer studio

Working in my new studio while my husband creates his own work nearby.
